Judith Nibbs was a 60-year-old support worker and mother from Hoxton whose life was tragically cut short in April 2014.
She was beaten with an iron bar, strangled, beheaded and dismembered by her long-term partner Dempsey Nibbs, a 69-year-old crane driver, at their flat on the Charles Square Estate in Hoxton on 10 April 2014.
He attempted to flush her head down the toilet. Her death devastated those closest to her and she continues to be remembered as a much-loved woman whose loss is felt deeply by all who knew her.
