Perpetrators
Jodie Chesney, a 17-year-old Girl Scout from east London, was murdered on 1 March 2019 in Amy’s Park, Harold Hill, Romford, while sitting with friends.
She was stabbed once in the back in a mistaken-identity attack by drug dealers seeking revenge on rivals and died in her boyfriend’s arms.
Her killers were Svenson Ong-a-Kwie (19 at the time, a drug dealer sentenced to life with a minimum 26 years) and his 17-year-old runner Arron Isaacs (sentenced to life with a minimum 18 years); they approached silently in balaclavas, with Ong-a-Kwie inflicting the fatal wound.
Rest in peace Jodie. You will not be forgotten.
