Perpetrators
Kevin Jackson, 31, was attacked on December 30 2001, after chasing car thieves outside his home in Skircoat Green, Halifax.
The three, Rashad Zaman, Rangzaib Akhtar, Raees Khan, attacked Kevin Jackson after he intervened as they tampered with his father-in-law’s car.
They stabbed father-of-two in the head with a screwdriver and beat him with a piece of wood near his home. The screwdriver had penetrated his brain by several inches.
Kevin died from his injuries on New Year’s Day 2002.
He is deeply mourned by his family and friends, and is remembered with great love by all who knew him.
Rest in peace Kevin. You will not be forgotten.
